I haven't received my order confirmation yet?

If you order on the weekend, it is normal for the packages to leave on Monday or even Tuesday. You will receive, after a few days, in the order confirmation a tracking number to know where your package is.

I want to track my order?

To track your order, simply click on the Cubyn link provided in your order confirmation email. This link will tell you where your delivery is at.

Cubyn, our logistician, with its algorithms analyzes the quality of carriers to choose the best delivery option for your parcel shipments depending on the option you have chosen (namely, relay point, basic, standard or express). These logistics processes and algorithms guarantee fast delivery of your orders and advanced quality control.

You received this same number in the confirmation email for your order shipment.

I would like an invoice?

Your invoice is available in the same email as your tracking number. That is, the order confirmation email that arrives when it is picked up.

I only received one product, even though I ordered several?

Depending on product weights and availability, some products may be shipped later than others.

Normally they arrive within a few days of each other. We try to make sure you receive your products as quickly as possible.
