For 2 steaks
In the kitchen: 15 min + 8 min cooking time
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 400g of mixed tofu
- 2 eggs
- 4 cases of cornstarch
- 6 tbsp oatmeal
- 1 level tsp fine salt
The preparation
Thinly slice the onion and brown it in the pan.
Mix with the previously grated carrots, add the blended tofu, eggs, cornstarch, oat flakes and salt.
Mix then let stand for thirty minutes.
Shape steaks using a metal circle. Brown them in the pan for about 4 minutes per side and serve with a tomato coulis.
