Confinement TIPS: how to eat well during this period?

Today I have the honor of sharing with you my “little confinement tips”.
As a Dietician - Phytotherapist, I have always been naturally concerned by hygiene measures from production to consumption, including the stages of shopping. I have also always been vigilant about boosting my immunity during each inter-season... but there... it's different.
In fact, we know very little about this virus, except that it affects the respiratory tract and at a heavier density than some other viruses, which gives it a more contagious aspect.
The only TIPS to minimize the risks are therefore simple:
→ WASH YOUR FRUITS AND VEGETABLES (even those from your pretty garden)

– White vinegar will acidify the pH of your vegetables. Soaked in 10cl of white vinegar and 400ml of water, it will take 20 to 30 minutes to act to kill bacteria and preserve the benefits of the macro-micronutrients present in them.

– Boiling water will also “kill” the virus, don’t hesitate to cook your vegetables in water, you can also use it to make broths which will have a detoxifying effect on the liver for example.
